Stephanie Santiago-Rolón is a Puerto Rican entrepreneur, music executive, and artist advocate dedicated to helping creators build sustainable careers in the music industry. She is the founder and CEO of Elevated Music Industries, a boutique music company specializing in artist management, publishing, distribution, and digital marketing. Born in Corozal, Puerto Rico, and raised in Orlando, Stephanie has built her career helping emerging artists understand the business behind their creativity and take greater ownership of their work. She also serves as a Creator Consultant for Latin Music with The Mechanical Licensing Collective, helping educate independent songwriters and creators about music rights and royalties. Through her work, Stephanie is creating opportunities for the next generation of Latino artists while championing greater representation and inclusion across the industry.
