The LIBRE Initiative Launches “Sabor a Freedom” Podcast

Today, The LIBRE Initiative, the largest center-right Latino organization in the country, announced the official launch of “Sabor a Freedom” (Taste of Freedom)— LIBRE’s own Spanish-language national video podcast.

With monthly podcast listenership among Latinos growing nearly four times faster than the rate among the general U.S. population, Sabor a Freedom presents a unique opportunity to introduce millions of listeners to freedom-minded solutions to solve our nation’s greatest challenges through the inspirational stories of its guests.

Each Wednesday, host Cesar Grajales takes listeners on a journey highlighting the entrepreneurial spirit and resilience of influential Latinos who embrace freedom and opportunity as the way to make our country stronger.

Guests include trailblazers, community leaders, advocates for freedom, and entertainers committed to advancing liberty for all.

The first episode “La receta para el sueño Americano” (The recipe for the American Dream) features Mexican chef and TV personality Pati Jinich, best known for her award-winning TV series on PBS, “Pati’s Mexican Table.”

 Other guests include Jorge Villamizar lead singer of the Grammy-award-winning Colombian rock band Bacilos best known for musical hits including “Caraluna” and “Mi primer millón, ” and Cuban American Episcopal priest world-renowned on radio and television, Padre Alberto Cutié, also known as Padre Alberto.

 “We could not be more excited to launch the ‘Sabor a Freedom’ podcast to bring stories of freedom and opportunity to everyone everywhere. The road to achieving the American dream is paved by people from all walks of life who understand that liberty is worth defending. ‘Sabor a Freedom’ seeks to give these voices a safe space to share their gripping stories of hope and survival and empower the next generation to protect our freedoms at all costs.” 

Sabor a Freedom is also the winner of the Viddy Award Gold, one of the top accolades for digital content. The Viddy Awards are among the three major organizations that recognize excellence in digital media.
