Monet Flores Bacs is the Strategic Director of The LIBRE Initiative in Arizona.

She is the proud daughter of an immigrant and holds dual citizenship with Guatemala.

Her father’s immigrant story drove her passion for helping the community, and she became an outspoken activist in local politics.

Before her role at The LIBRE Initiative, Monet worked on various state political issues and it became apparent to Monet that the one-size-fits-all party approach was not helping the Hispanic community that she so greatly cared for. Now, working as the Strategic Director for The LIBRE Initiative, she is passionate about equipping the Hispanic community with the tools they need to break barriers and advance freedom-minded principles.
