Osvaldo Gutierrez, born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, embarked on a journey to Houston, Texas in pursuit of the American Dream at a young age. After completing high school, he made the courageous decision to join the United States Marine Corps and served in the Iraq war, demonstrating his dedication and commitment to his country. 

Driven by a strong desire to serve and protect his community, Osvaldo Gutierrez joined the Houston Police Department. With great pride, he devoted 16 years of his life to upholding the law and ensuring the safety of the Houston community.
