Monet Flores Bacs is the Strategic Director of The LIBRE Initiative in Arizona.
She is the proud daughter of an immigrant and holds dual citizenship with Guatemala.
Shortly after her studies at Grand Canyon University, Monet hosted a radio talk show on 1100 KFNX that aimed to educate local listeners on current issues and candidates. From this, her passion for helping the community grew, and she became an outspoken activist in local politics.
Before her role at The LIBRE Initiative, Monet was the Regional Engagement Coordinator of Hispanic outreach for the RNC in Arizona.
While she appreciated her time with the RNC, it was apparent to Monet that the one-size-fits-all party approach was not helping the Hispanic community that she so greatly cared for. Now, working as the Strategic Director for The LIBRE Initiative, she is passionate about equipping the Hispanic community with the tools they need to break barriers and advance freedom-minded principles.
