Gerard is a member of the LIBRE Colorado team. He has been on staff for 2 years. Gerard has tremendous experience in the non-profit sector impacting communities through philanthropic engagement for 13 years nation-wide. He has been a licensed and ordained minister for 11 years and continues to be a volunteer pastor of a local church plant. Gerard has a passion to be an advocate for freedom minded solutions within government that empower the Hispanic and Latino communities.
