Largest Center-Right Arizona Latino Group Also Calls for Greater Government Transparency in Spending and Growth

(Phoenix, Arizona) – The LIBRE Initiative, Arizona’s largest center-right Latino group, issued the following statement at the start of Arizona’s Legislature:

Monet Bacs, LIBRE’s strategic director:

“Arizona state lawmakers have an opportunity to rein in the size of government while empowering everyday Arizonans – including Arizona’s vibrant Latino community – by enacting legislation that will reduce housing and energy costs.

However, to achieve this, lawmakers will need to stand up to Governor Katie Hobbs, who has often made it more difficult for entrepreneurs and job creators to grow and thrive.

We look forward to mobilizing our growing grassroots army of volunteers and activists over the coming weeks to fight for pro-growth and pro-freedom policies at the Arizona Capitol.”
