Press Call Regarding DACA Argument Before the Ninth Circuit

(Washington, D.C.) – Today, The LIBRE Initiative President Daniel Garza and Hilario Yanez, a DACA recipient, will host a press call on Dreamers, as the Ninth Circuit hears oral arguments regarding a challenge to the cancellation of DACA. With Congress and the president failing to come together on this issue, a litany of lawsuits and court decisions make the already-uncertain situation much more complex. Call will include Q&A opportunity.
