Latino Unemployment Will Remain High in 2013

Last Quarter reported the Weakest Economic Growth Rate in Nearly Two Years (Washington DC) – As the countdown to the sequester begins, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reports a 0.1 percent economic growth last quarter, the weakest in nearly two years. According to projections by the Economic Policy Institute, Hispanics in the northeast are most affected by the weak economy, and the unemployment rate amongst Hispanics is likely to remain at 9.8 through 2013.
