Gov. Sandoval On Right Path:
Funding ESA’s will empower Latino Students and Parents

Washington, D.C. – The LIBRE Initiative released the following statement regarding Governor Sandoval’s call in his State of the State address to fund Educational Savings Accounts (ESAs):

Daniel Garza, President of The LIBRE Initiative, released the following statement:

“Latino families across Nevada continue to face an education system that is ranked one of the worst in the nation. This is why we support Governor Sandoval’s call for ESA funding, and urge the state legislature to fully fund the Educational Savings Accounts (ESAs). Through ESAs, students and parents – many of whom are Latinos – will be empowered with an opportunity to access a quality education and build a greater future for success.”
