Valerio Martinelli nació y se crió en Roma, Italia. Se graduó de la Universidad George Mason donde recibió su licenciatura en Asuntos Internacionales. Valerio cuenta con años de experiencia laboral a nivel federal, estatal y local y con instituciones de educación superior al haber trabajado durante más de cinco años como asistente legislativo para los bufetes de abogados McConnell Valdés, PLLC y Lasa, Monroig y Veve, LLP. Dada su experiencia trabajando en estrecha colaboración con universidades de alta matriculación hispana, Valerio tiene un amplio conocimiento de los retos que enfrentan los hispanos en su búsqueda de una educación avanzada. Valerio cree efervescentemente en los principios de la libertad económica y su potencial para habilitar la prosperidad de las comunidades hispanas a lo largo de todo el paí­s.

Valerio es trilingí¼e en el inglés, español e italiano y trabaja para la Iniciativa LIBRE como Analista de Polí­ticas Públicas.
