Daniel Garza Comments on Memorial Day

(Washington, D.C.) – On Monday, May 29, Americans will observe Memorial Day.

Daniel Garza, President of The LIBRE Initiative, released the following statement:

“Throughout our history, the American people have enjoyed freedom and liberty because brave men and women stand ready to defend it – even to give their lives in defense of those freedoms. People of every race, religion, and creed have joined together to ‘hold the line,’ against this nation’s enemies, and defend America and its allies around the globe. Today we salute these heroes – the many thousands who have given the last, full measure of devotion – since our nation was founded.

Let us today call to mind their sacrifice. And let us thank those men and women who, even today, take up this noble cause. Their bravery and self-sacrifice mark them as truly, the finest among us.”
