Tomás currently serves as a Data and Performance Coordinator for LIBRE.
Prior to joining LIBRE, Tomás worked in several DC-based non-profits, such as the Heritage Foundation and the Center for Secure Free Society, promoting free market and conservative principles to domestic and international audiences. He was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, and moved to the United States in 2006. He graduated from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. with a B.A. in Philosophy. Tomás lives with his wife, Regina, in Washington, DC.
