Erin Fleck graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2011 with a BA in Political Science & Spanish. During the time of her collegiate studies, Erin completed an internship at Capitol Hill giving her a firsthand experience of the legislative processes and the importance of constituent relations. For her last academic semester Erin spent time studying abroad in Costa Rica, where she participated in various community outreach projects helping residents within the local San Jose community.
Prior to joining The LIBRE Initiative, Erin led a successful career in Finance being recognized as a Top Performer and Employee of the Month at the various Financial Institutions she worked. During her time working in the financial industry she worked closely with business owners throughout the Orlando area cultivating many valuable connections.
In addition Erin brings a proven track record of success in prior involvement on grassroots political campaigns. With over eight years of grassroots experience on campaigns from local, state, and federal levels Erin has fulfilled the role of volunteer, Volunteer Coordinator, and Assistant to Campaign Director. In 2015 she was recognized twice from YR and REC boards for her outstanding involvement within the Orlando community.
